The Airport Authority in collaboration
with Duke Realty Corporation and Capitol Square, Ltd. is developing
1,576 acres of prime industrial land near the new Rickenbacker
Intermodal Terminal. This industrial development initiative,
branded the Rickenbacker Global Logistics Park, will include
up to 29 million square feet of development.
Advantages of the Rickenbacker Global Logistics Park include:
- Five campuses offering prime locations near the intermodal
terminal providing tenants access to three major transportation
options – road, rail and air – as well as the
ability to obtain Foreign-Trade
Zone status.
- Development accommodating up to 30 buildings, with the
third building currently under construction.
- Thousands of jobs and a huge economic boost for Central
Ohio.
